They sold me dye that was faulty and expired I brought the dye back I showed them it was faulty she said that they just got it in shipment I told her I understand but the company states that the faulty reaction can be due to poor storage she then said she cannot accommodate me at all because the owner wasn’t around even though I showed her the dye was bad I asked to speak to the owner she said she couldn’t let me speak to owners because he is off and they aren’t allowed to call on his off day and he owns multiple businesses and is busy she then tell me she is the owners wife ???? I never asked for this info btw she said basically her husband is busy and she isn’t calling me because she is aware of where he is I also showed her on google where the company wrote that if the dye becomes soap

This is a small beauty supply but omg they have everything you could ever need in there and their wig prices are super affordable. The manager is really nice. They sell lashes, gel, glue, hair scarves and it so nice and clean in there. I like going here ive brought several wigs from there.
