This is my second time getting shellac and so far has been the greatest service I’ve been getting from them especially Ana she’s the one I go to have my full set from and she understands what I want and gives me suggestions from her point of expertise. The pedicures are great and comfortable as well.

I told the guy what style I wanted and he freestyled and did his own thing, my nails look nothing like the picture I showed him. The lady who did my pedicure had my toenails crooked. A friend recommended this place, may give them another shot and ask for different techs.

I’ve been going to this nail shop for years. I had really gone down. They use to have a few good nail techs but now mostly all of them are TRASH with nasty attitudes. The tech that sits at station 12 is very good and professional. I recommend her. I stop coming here for a few months because after I would get my nails done my nail beds would itch like hell and semi swell up. I tried other shops and had no problems. I returned to KNS and the same thing happens again. I’m not sure if they are using cheap powder or it’s the oil. But I’m not going back to find out. Hopefully no one else has this problem it feels like ants are constantly biting you and it’s an itch that don’t stop until you damn near scratch your skin off smh. it's the vibe for me. Don't get me wrong they have the trendy set up and the price is amazing;but the attitude gave me the ick. several times I've been there and felt rushed or like I was frustrating. a little too rough around the edges for me. I thought it was like this everywhere until I went to hi nails on bammel.

I have been going to this nail for years. I didn’t have a good experience today with the tech that does toes. I asked for an over lay on my big toes I asked her twice to make it a tad bit longer since I wanted the perfect square shape. She caught an attitude and got up and said someone else would do my toes. When I only politely asked her to correct my toes how I’m paying for them. I didn’t feel comfortable or valued customer as a paying customer.
