The worst service I received ever went in for a pedicure, and removal (soak) of acrylic over my own nails to have it done fresh, the worst pedicure, i've ever got in the lady did not clean under my toes had an attitude when I told her you're not gonna clean under my toenails,you're not going to wash the top of my feet clean. So I told her I Do Google reviews thinking she would improve the job but she kept trying to up sell me Photos I will post of the pedicure. Now on to them finger nail not a great job but it's ok. I was so upset about how is everything came out I forgot my sneakers FYI I don't live in the Bronx... Came back 2days later for my sneakers The Mgr. I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the way I was treated during my recent visit to your salon. At first, I was outraged. Then I decided to let it go. However, as a loyal customer since 2021, I feel compelled to speak up about how poorly I was treated. I recently had surgery that requires me to sit on a pillow. Because of this surgery, I have not had my nails done since before Thanksgiving. This visit was especially important to me, as it was my anniversary weekend and I was leaving town the next day. Every other service provider I see—my hairstylist and my eyelash technician included—has been able to accommodate me without issue. I came in simply requesting a gel manicure, which would not require prolonged sitting, and a pedicure. I fully understood if the pedicure

Suki is truly an incredible nail tech! The time & care she takes in her craft, is what keeps me coming back ♥️! She has helped me grow my natural nails (see below, I’ve been coming to her since April) and she always slays every design I pick ✨! The worst nail salon I ever been to! The nail application is rushed and the customer service sucks. Btw I asked for straight square nails with COLOR POWDER. so the only color on the nail is a clear gel top coat. One of the skills you would expect a nail tech to do is lay acrylic. Suki however cannot. This is unacceptable and should not be a standard. My nail beds weren’t even covered sidewall to sidewall. When i requested for the ugly nails to come off she tried to pry the fresh application with a metrocard! Pls refrain from going here. Just look at the quality of the nails. Thick, nasty, not filed application. The worst job ever done to my nails in all of NYC! I wish I could give 0 stars!

I went to my usual nail place on a Sunday, not realizing they don’t do acrylics that day. I had an important meeting coming up and was desperate, so I tried KNV Nail Spa on Burnside Ave, Bronx. Big mistake. There were no other clients, so I was taken right away by the tech at desk #2. She didn’t ask me any questions—just started prepping my nails. In less than 8 minutes, she laid the acrylic, and in about 1 minute with the drill, she buffed all 10 nails. They came out thick, uneven, and nothing like the oval shape I’ve worn for over 10 years. Instead, they looked like fat claws. When it came to polish, I asked for a tortoise shell French tip and even showed her a picture. She said she didn’t have the colors—though any nail salon should have basic black and brown. I settled for a mustard
