Great customer service. Always have great sales. My daughter bought me a robe from there, which I absolutely love. Nice and soft. My 20 month old granddaughter loves to cuddle with me when I wear it. 💕 I have always been a Kohls fan.

I had an Amazon return to take to Kohls. Walking in, I looked for signs on where to take it and could not fine any. However there were a lot of signs which said, "checkout/returns." so I went there. The line wad long but I didnt mind waiting. After 10 minutes I got to the register and asked the cashier if this was where I returned Amazon packages. She rudely said no and that it was in the back of the store. I said, you guys should put a sign up at the front so people know where to go. She snapped back, "there is a sign." I just picked up my box and went to the back. At the Amazon return counter, the woman said hello but that was it. It was like I was bothering her. I bought a great pair of cloud foam adidas on December 23rd 2025, around 9:00 pm) from kohls in West Mifflin, Pa. because of foot injury (I absolutely love these shoes, they are spacious & comfy, I checked out with Sephoras cashier because the regular line was so long plus I only had one item, whilst checking out a wonderful cashier greeted me she pulled the shoes out of the box to check the price tag, and a young Kohl’s team member came behind her out of nowhere & said those shoes are (cooked)😒 and a second young store member responded to her and said no they aren’t those are (swaggy)😂 I laughed at her cute humor & quick response to her coworkers rude remark! But I definitely thought what the first young lady said was inappropriate.. I actually loved the shoes & no one asked for her teen

Unbelievable. I just watched an employee push a lady to sign up for a credit card. The woman spoke little English and barely seemed to understandEnglish. The manager was standing at the next register and said nothing. I said, you people are terrible, this woman has no idea what you are doing. You take her phone to push the credit card. Why must businesses and employees be like that for a dollar. Just like a car dealership that pushes people to buy a car at 28% because they talk riddles. I thought kohls was better and I see I'm wrong.
