Koo Nails

I had a gel manicure done on a Monday. Paid extra for an extra layer of polish to “strengthen” however my nail polish lifted and came off that Friday. Came in the following Wednesday due to work and they wanted to charge me to fix their mistake. Mind you, I have been a customer for awhile and never really had issues before. Well other than their weak product not lasting. No apology. Simply just rude about the whole situation.

My nail tech Angelina is awesome, very caring and listens, I have Lymphodema and bad sun burn and she took such awesome care of my legs. My gel mani pedi was spectacular! Always have 110% experience in a good way.

A friend recommended this place. She said they’re good, a small business, and super affordable. I mean $47 Gel pedicure! You can’t beat it right?! Unfortunately, you get what you pay for. There’s no shape, the polish is lumpy, and BAKED ON! When I tell you he baked TF out my feet. My feet were burning and that’s never happened before. My polish look 3D. I left a tip and left disappointed. Once I saw how bad there were on the sunlight, I had to turn around and take my tip back. They begged and pleaded to fix it which is why I gave them 2 stars. Now I have to go to a professional and repay for them to fix it. I hate wasting money like this! Hopefully your visit goes better than mine. But if you’re serious about your toes like I am I Do Not Recommend.

I’ve been a customer at Koo Nails since they opened and it is by far THE BEST nail salon in the area. Van and the team are amazing!! Myself and my daughters love 💕 spending time at KOO nails. Quality service at great prices. If you are looking for your nail home in Vegas; Run don’t walk!!!

This Nail salon is the best kept secret in Las Vegas!! After several attempts at finding my “nail home” here in Las Vegas - I ventured into Koo nails since they were seconds from home and had just opened. Thank goodness I did!!! The entire staff (all 3 of them) are friendly, welcoming and great at what they do. The salon itself is immaculate, comfortable stations and a friendly atmosphere. Great variety of services and colors to choose from. I saved the best part for last AFFORDABLE PRICING!!! You leave happy with fantastic nails and you don’t have to break the bank. ***Also wanted to mention that since the current pandemic they have gone above and beyond to ensure a safe environment for their customers).
