Absolutely lovely people running this nail salon. Husband and I got their premium pedicures after our wedding the day before, so it was very much needed. Worth the wait, and worth meeting such wholesome people. Their daughter was so helpful and pleasant. Will be coming back when we are in the area, thank you

Tan gives great pedicures and he is very pleasant to talk to. Ana( I think that’s her name) does a good job with full set. Great selection of colors to choose from. I’m looking forward to my next visit. Lots of parking in the afternoon. I have noticed the salon be busy both times I was there. I think they accept appointments but so far I’ve only done walk-in. Prices are in-line with other salons in Kaneohe.

The female nail technician that brings her children in to the salon consistently tries to charge me extra. Last week she did not finish the whole service and tried to rush me out. She whispered 'I’ll give a massage next time'. But charged me for the whole manicure service. The last time she tried to charge me extra and said she will do it right 'next time'. It's really terrible.

Had a regular pedi done today by Ana. Not personable at all. Didn’t say hello when I walked in the door. Just said, “11:00?” Then asked me if I wanted regular color and pointed to a cart of mixed nail polishes for me to go through. While doing my pedi she barely said a sentence to me and every time she wanted me to take out or put my feet in the water she just slapped the bottom of the chair and said, “in or out”. I felt like a dog. Meanwhile the 2 gentlemen giving other women pedi’s had conversations with their customers. Dibs to the people who gave her good reviews. At least you were treated like a human and not a dog. This used to be a place for convenience since I live nearby but I guess I’ll be finding somewhere else to do my pedicures.

I got a gel pedicure done however, up on closer inspection, the gel is actually on my skin. It is not sealed properly on my nail. Update: I go back to the nail salon a day later. Tell the staff the gel is not properly sealed, and it’s on my skin. Instead of trying to remedy the issue, they are talking underneath their breath and decided to trim around the gel on my skin. This is their solution. Not coming back again.
