My nail is perfect! Thank you Emily for the amazing service. You are always listening to my needs. The white nails for the new year are exactly what I was looking for. The red nails are my daughter's red nails! She is in love with them! They are perfect! Thank you for always being the best nail professional.

I wish I could continue to support this salon. I have been a loyal customer and have referred many to this location. Unfortunately the customer service has dropped so low and they have no regard for long-term clients. I've had multiple appointments with the same technician whom I have been coming to for years but several times when I arrive, she is with another client either halfway through or not at all prepared for my appointment. I have rarely seen a manger mostly it is a a front desk employee with no authority except to shuffle you off to another technician. There are a few technicians that are excellent, but most of them are subpar and will ruin your nails. My nails are currently all a different shape and polish uneven.

If you come here you should make an appointment with Annie! she has such great attention to detail and gave me exactly what I was hoping for. The salon was clean and all the employees were so nice and catering to my 4 year old who came with me. 10/10 recommend, will definitely be coming back to try more designs!

I had a good experience at the Chesterbrook location so I decided to try this one out because it’s a bit closer. They’re nice people but if I had to review based on the quality of service I got, this is what I would say. Pros: - they’re nice and offered refreshments Cons: - the toe nails are crooked - the nails were not filed enough so there were sharp edges left for three of the toes - the Chesterbrook location was more thorough and cleaned the cuticles and underneath the nails - some nail polish was left on the skin of my left pinkie toe - started late due to backed up appointments I waited around to see if I could ask anyone to fix the issues but everyone was busy and my person had already started doing nails for another client.
