stellar place. great service, kind ladies, clean and open space. they did a great job with my hair. I was simply a walk-in and I didn’t make an appt, glad that they could fit me in! only thing I’d say is that I budgeted for $150-160 max and so I specifically asked for the medium braids but once they finally got around to me I think they just started braiding medium knotless. So I was charged $180 in the end… but still I quite love my braids and I’m so pleased that generally the prices don’t break the bank. Great service highly recommend. I just wish I knew about this place sooner. 😭

Honestly I have better experience in other shops. The shop owner and staffs talk so much while breading hair either them yelling at each or phone calls. It’s a little bit unprofessional having someone in your head taking forever to braid and spitting while talking. Overall, the experience wasn’t good or great. It was okay hope they can be a little more respectful and quiet when they have customers in the shop.

I had my hair braided here once and the service was okay, but when I tried to make another appointment, they told me they were running late and never contacted me again. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I won’t be returning.

I have been getting my hair braided here for about 4 to 5 years and I never leave disappointed. They are professional, precise and the prices do not break your bank. As always a satisfied customer! 😊

This is best hair braiding place in Harlem. Great location nice spacious clean shop. Bathroom is super clean and smells great. Super great customer service. Great pricing!
