Kouture Nail Palace

Was not impressed when I first got there. I was confused because I had just called and then drove right to the salon. Nicole was asking me questions and I reiterated I had just called. Come to find out, the person answering the phone calls is not at the salon. I find this weird and not very professional. Like trust your staff to handle phone calls if they are physically in the salon. If you are on a strict schedule (like me) I would suggest not to trust the person on the phone. I would only go if you are truly flexible on time. Otherwise, Nicole and Jasmine were great. Jasmine did my nails but I also talked to and watched Nicole as she did someone’s nails. Both took their time, honored special requests, and were very friendly and professional.

I got a pedicure today 10/10 recommendation to everyone male or female. I came in today with my feel looking rough and ugly. now there looking soft and good as ever I’m going outside sock less today lol here’s a before and after

This was the first time I got my nails done in 2 years and I am in love with the results, I knew what I wanted and she delivered exactly what I asked for!

Queen Itty, Ms. Jasmine is the best! I left my previous nail tech of 6 years for her! She’s so sweet, professional and very personable. My nails are always top tier! I constantly receive compliments on my nails, even 2-3 weeks after my nails have been done! They use lots of alcohol and are always disinfecting which is the most important to me. She also does paraffin wax, hot stones, and hot towel treatments for your pedicure! Run, not walk to Kouture Nail Palace so you can get your nails slayed!:)
