Sara always took care of me here and when I could, I always went to her. She was kind and patient through my pickiness and always checked in with me through cuts and colors. I will always appreciate that. I highly recommend here for ladies and gents at CCU as they have a student discount on haircuts! I always left feeling happy and confident and that the price was more than fair! Lovely people here!

Great Hair Cut, Great Service, and Great Arritudes! All from a local owened and operated shop. The word Great or Amazing about sums up my experience with Kreation's Salon. I saw Jess, the stylist, and she did an amazing job on my hair, took her time, made sure I new what I wanted and got what I wanted. I never felt rushed or like she was in a hurry. I just can't speak highly enough of Jess or the Salon. Everyone I spoke with was so friendly and happy to talk. I think I ended up talking with just about everyone in there. I absolutely LOVE Marcella! I started over a year ago with her and she took me as a fluke when I made an appointment online and helped me transform my long hair to gradually short with bangs!! She also helped me with my color choices in my highlights and is so attentive to my questions and concerns. I recommend her to two of my coworkers and they love her as much as I do. I was present in the salon during that comment made by Brenda. Let me tell you she was a nasty person with a bad attitude. She was on the phone and talking loudly with her friend. She was very confrontational towards Marcella. Marcella was professional stating her prices which she always confirms when a lot of work needs to be. If she was my client I would fire her and ask her to go elsewhere too.

If you are a male do not go here. Did not listen to my request, I asked for a 5 on the sides and she gave me not even a 2 on the sides and the back. She also went super high in the back, honestly terrible experience. I told her what I wanted and she said I’ll do something like that. Would not recommend.

I been there a couple times. My daughter had her hair cut and she cut off a lot of length, she was very upset with that. I went to get highlights and cut my bangs. It took three days to do that. When I first got done, it was NOTHING at all what I wanted. The highlights were very thin ones and gray. I asked for a Carmel color with chunky highlights. It was not at all what I wanted, it only lighted my hair from a number 5 level of brown to a lighter 7 level, when I wanted it to stay at a #5 level of brown. . I went in as a number 5 and walked out as a #7. Nothing what I wanted. I asked her if she can fix it, she was NOT happy to fix it or wanted to. She was only wanting to add a toner she said. I really wanted it fixed, as adding a toner was not the solution. After a while of her compl
