I went and got my eyebrows waxed and they were on fire by the time I left and had made that clear. I woke up this morning and they were scabbed and still burning. I went back and had asked for a refund. She told me she “cleansed it and uses sensitive wax” proceeded to tell me my moisturizer is the reason why my skin got torn off. If she “cleansed it” then my moisturizer shouldn’t have been on my eyebrows. On top of that I don’t put moisturizer under my eyebrows. I’ve been getting my eyebrows waxed for 6 years and not once has this happened to me. She can blame me all she wants but at the end of the day she is the reason why I’m walking around looking scabbed up. She indeed did NOT give me the refund. Told me to put neosporin on it and concealer to cover it up when it’s healed enough. She’s

Krista has done an excellent job on my pedicures. I like that it’s always clean and she uses vegan products. My feet/toe nails have never been better!
