I had an extremely disappointing experience at Kure Salon with stylist Desiree Baker. I specifically booked a proper keratin treatment, but she instead did a smoothing treatment and claimed it was keratin. Despite carefully following all her aftercare instructions, I saw absolutely no results. When I reached out to let her know, she argued instead of taking accountability and said she could only redo it if I paid an additional $50, citing a 14-day redo policy. I still gave her a chance and tried to schedule the redo, but she ignored my appointment and has not responded to my messages for the past two days. First off, I rarely write reviews, but I had to share how incredible my experiences with Michelle Victor Hair have been. I came in for the first time in 2020 to have my hair done because I was really insecure about my looks. Michelle sat down with me and listened to my ideas and WOW, did she nail it. I left the salon with confidence I had never felt before. She educated me on how to take care of my hair, and even suggested products to keep my hair healthy. Since then, I have continued to go to this salon, whether I wanted my hair brown or blonde, and never want to go anywhere else. Michelle cares about her clients, and makes an effort to get to know them. She’s personable and professional and hands down one of the best stylists I have encountered.

Michelle is amazing! I used to get lash extensions done a few years ago, but the artist I had seen was not the best. I needed a fill every 2-3 weeks and came in with barely any lashes left. I got a full set done with Michelle before a trip to Mexico, and they lasted a full four weeks with very little fallout! When I came in for my fill, it only took her an hour to finish. So impressed with her technique and expertise! Highly recommend :)

Absolutely gorgeous venue! Not only does Mel make you feel completely pampered and relaxed , but she also makes you look and feel the best version of yourself. I am so very thankful for her . 100% recommend!
