I had an amazing silk press experience! My stylist was spectacular — professional, on time, and had such great energy. She was also very educational, explaining the products she used and how to properly care for my hair. My silk press came out flawless, silky, and healthy-looking. I will definitely be back and highly recommend her!

I am so pleased with the professionalism. My daughter’s and I have moved up here to Cincinnati from Atlanta. We are searching for a new stylist. Due to the fact that I needed someone immediately they were unable to fulfill the time frame. However, she offered other options and available times. I needed a stylist sooner. She took it a step further and offered other leads that she recommends. Which showed me her efforts of wanting to help the customer. This type of service is sparingly. I appreciate that she listened and gave me the best solution at the time. I won’t forget this. Kindness is so hard to come by. I am looking forward to bringing myself and my girls to this business. I wanted to do something different with My short curly hair for this weekend and after doing some research online, I chose this salon. Toi washed, conditioned and straightened my hair. She also gave me a haircut. I am so happy with the end result. I didn't know my hair could look this good. The salon is beautifully decorated and Toi is so very professional. I will definitely be going back!

I did not have the best experience with Toi as a new client she did not make me feel welcomed. She seemed completely uninterested in my hair at times she was on her phone when I was trying to talk to her she would ignore me. & charged me a fee for booking the wrong service I will not be back!

Listen..I have not had the best experiences when it comes to getting services done at salons. I have 3b/3c curls and I’ve not had much luck finding a stylist that can execute my preferred styles accurately without completely damaging my curls. But HONEY thank God for Toi Cole!!!!!!! It was only divine intervention that I stumbled across her salons IG page and after about a month of stalking I choose her to do my first ever big chop. I LOVEEEEEEEE IT! Like I am still in disbelief and shock it looks so freaking good. I enjoyed the entire experience but it was the professionalism for me. I’m a huge attention to detail person and when I say she dropped a comb and instead of picking it up and continuing to use it (which I have experienced plenty of times) she grabbed a whole new comb!!! Like YE
