I’m always very happy with the quality of service at this salon, and the VIP room for pedicures is definitely a highlight that keeps me coming back. However, the front desk staff consistently leaves a lot to be desired. I find myself having to prepare for an uncomfortable interaction each time I visit. Yesterday, when I asked to leave a tip on my card because I didn’t have cash, both the male and female staff members at the front desk seemed annoyed and dismissive. It’s disappointing because the technicians are wonderful, but the front desk experience really takes away from the overall visit.

This is a great place to do a great mother daughter mani spa day. Great atmosphere and service. Once you find your right fit stick with them you will fall in love...Me and my 3 daughters have been going for a couple of years.

KV took care of me today and I must say I was very pleased with the level of service I received from start to finish. All associates were welcoming and very friendly and KV was very patient and attentive to my needs. As a first time client I was very impressed. Jason finished my nails and did not rush at all. This will be my new salon from here on out.. Thank you KV and Jason for making my first experience a great one. You gained a new client!

I usually don't write reviews, but I have to. I've been going here for awhile. I got the dip powder which is supposed to last for at least 2 weeks. It has been 6 days and one of my nails peeled. I was told by the manager, Kim. That there is a 3 day grace period, after that I will be charged. I think that is crazy. Especially when you paid for dip! I asked to speak to the owners and was told they do not talk to customers about complaints. I'm so disappointed in them.

There is a serious cultural issue at this shop. As the customer paying for a service, my concerns should be addressed in a professional manner, not in a hostile disrespectful one. As a norm, I spend at least $200.00 in the VIP section, biweekly. After my situation yesterday, I will definitely take my money where I am respected and valued. The shop's decor is beautiful, but that does not matter until the and the level of respect matches the beauty of the shop. As long as you have no concerns about how your nails are being done, everything is great! The moment a concern is made, you are surrounded by a gang of "managers that start speaking in their native language and totally disregarding the customer's concern." BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!
