L A Nails

I didn’t want to write a review but I’ve never had my nails look so sloppy! That’s a repetitive word in the review section, “sloppy.” All of the technicians were very nice but Judy either can’t see very well or doesn’t care. Minus the fact the almond shape wasn’t amazing, I can overlook that. I cannot over look the sloppy gel application on my nails 😭 As I was sitting in my chair getting a wonderful pedicure from Anna, I was looking at the reviews HOPING I wouldn’t be victim to the sloppiness. I still tipped everyone & said thank you but never again. Ladies BEWARE.

Edit to say that my nails are almost back to normal now. This was a huge price to pay for a dirty facility. Nice people and good pricing. However, products used may be old. I’ve never experienced lifting overlays and fungus until a few months ago. Not sure if they expect a new application every week, but this is unreal and seemed comical to a couple of techs.

Just horrible. I came in asked for a very simple classic nail and paid $65. Provided a pic for reference. My nails are embarrassing!

They did a horrible job on my nails! I went there the day before yesterday and then yesterday. I wanted black with some chrome or to make it look metallic and the very next day the chrome already chipped off it’s coming off. I had to go twice as soon as I showered they chipped and the chrome messed up. I want them medium length oval shape and they made them way to short. Two different ladies assisted and messed them up. I don’t know what they did but this is not pretty nails this is sloppy. $50 down the drain now they won’t even refund me or fix my nails for a third time because they want to charge me extra. They don’t even deserve stars!!! I will be disputing with my bank.

I've been going there for about 20 plus years. Always had good service. Always was treated pretty well. This time was different. Took my two daughters in to get their nails done while I got a full set and a pedicure and a wax, they then started arguing amongst their self very loudly. I did not have to speak their language to understand what was being said. Completely inappropriate, unprofessional. Not only for myself but especially in front of children. Will not be going back
