Being new to the Roanoke area I was a little unsure of where to go and get my nails and toes done. After trying many different nail salons, I finally found the perfect fit. LA Nails is a place that not only has a fun and caring staff, but they are all fabulous at doing great nails and pedicures. If you are looking for acrylic nails Taylor is awesome! I have yet to have one chip or come off. She always remembers your name and makes not only you, but your family, friends and referrals feel welcomed and cared for. 30 bucks, great price for a pedicure right?!?! Except.. you are basically just paying to have your feet soaked and nails trimmed and filed and then painted. The polish isn't even covering the whole nail on some of my toes. Even though I requested a basic pedicure, I've never NOT had my feet rubbed for at least a couple minutes. I could do a better job myself despite having neuropathy. Hence, why I go get pedicures.

This place is an absolute disgrace. Last time I came here the nail tech asked me if I wanted every service except callus removal. She did a great job with the pedicure. I told her no to every single service. Got the register and the lady had a callus removal charge on my receipt I asked her to write out for me. She gave me my $5 back for that because she didn’t ask me about that. FF to today, I went in they asked what color we wanted and I said regular polish for everything. This lady went down every price for me on the menu trying to be funny. I’m black and I told her the money isn’t the problem but we didn’t want to pay for those extra things. She started telling me the different cost in lengths, colors etc. I told her you didn’t do that for all those people sitting in the chair (white)

I have been trying Salons all over Roanoke for years and rarely have good experience. I needed my nails redone and I took my daughter with me to get pedicures for my 🥳 we went to LA nails because they had great reviews. We had a pleasent experience! Sarah took care of us and was able to do my nails exactly how I wanted, she even took a really pretty picture of my fresh B-day nails. I have had my nails done about a million times and never had a nail tech do this. I will be coming back to LA from now on! 😁
