To all of the people who had unpleasant experience, I would like to point out just because one person is a horrible hairdresser doesn’t mean the rest of the people are. Eleanor is the best cut and color in the whole city. Not only that, but she is the most accommodating person known to man, not to mention she has a fabulous reputation in the area. One person doesn’t represent the business, which a lot of the people reviewing don’t seem to understand.

The worst service of my life, Robert attended me and if I cut my hair a lot in 15 minutes, he definitely has no experience in haircutting, he did not have the decency to clean me, he made faces when I told him to fix some part, I did not want to receive The payment with a debit card when one of the ladies there had already told me that if I could pay it like that, and to finish he was asking me for a tip! TERRIBLE SERVICE

My fiancé went in on this salon The man (there were only TWO people working there, a female and a male); cut his hair and DID NOT KNOW HOW TO CUT. The lack of people should’ve already been a signal not to come in, but we wanted to give them a chance/shot. My fiancé hated the cut midway that he just asked him to stop, and he wouldn’t stop! He stood up and said he just needed to leave out of respect. I told him not to pay, but he did and the man INSISTED FOR A TIP! Even though it was clearly obvious my fiancé was not satisfied with the hair cut. ON TOP OF THAT! It was not $20! It was $25! Not much, we know, but don’t place an ad out if you’re not keen on keeping it. We HAD to go to another barbershop to fix the mess he made. Thank God he didn’t shave his whole head so it was saved by this

I have been going to this salon for 10 years now, and I really like Ella's touch. I always leave looking and feeling great!

Great service and wonderful staff. Loved the way my skin looks after treatment!
