L L Nails

I went in to have my acrylic nails removed and had asked the tech not to pop them off with a fake nail because my nails are thin and it hurts. I asked her 4 separate times. She argued with me every single time. She ripped my nail off anyway and took half of my natural nail with it leaving a missing chunk my finger nail almost completely down to my nail bed. The shop is also extremely dirty and unsanitary. Everything she used on me came out of a drawer, so I’m assuming not properly sanitized. The owner’s daughter is commenting on a public forum defending their practices. Essentially advertising that the business does not care about nail health. This is insane.

My daughter and I went to get a fill in for our nails so we decided to try this salon on Saturday. When I try someone new I tend not to get polish so I can see the quality of their acrylic. The salon is beautiful in the inside and the people were pleasant. My issue is the Sunday we notice that we had nails that needed more acrylic and some sides was chipping and lifting. We are both disappointed.

They always do an amazing job with my nails. They do walk ins but never have to wait long if at all. Fast friendly and never have had any problems with lifting or chipping

Been coming here for years the absolute best from the atmosphere to the people who work there its a whole vibe I would give 10 stars if I could most accommodating salon ive ever been to

This was our first time here and definitely won't be our last. The pedispa area was amazing. It was so relaxing I never took out my phone. Everyone was super friendly from the staff to the customers. They also did a great job on my granddaughters hands & feet. I'm not sure what the woman said to her, but she sat perfectly still and dried her nails. She is 5 and never sits still, so I found it to be pretty amazing. I like the vibe & they stayed almost an hour after closing to finish the job. I never felt rushed.
