THE TALL ASIAN GUY IS UNHELPFUL WHICH MAKE HIM RUDE. I WENT TO CHECK MY BAGS AND GET A NUMBER. HE DIDN'T TAKE MY BAG'S I HAD TO PLACE THEM DOWN ON THE FLOOR. WHEN I WAS READY TO CHECK OUT, HE DIDN'T TAKE MY NUMBER AND HAND ME MY BAG'S. I WAS STANDING THERE WAITING WHILE HE BUSY TALKING TO ANOTHER BUFF ASIAN GUY WHO HAPPEN TO COME IN THE STORE. HE TOTALLY IGNORED ME. I HAVE BEEN SHOPPING IN WASHINGTON HEIGHTS AREA SINCE THE 1980'S. ESPECIALLY FROM THIS STORE AND I NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS BEHAVIOR. I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING THERE NO MORE. I WAS COMING THERE OUT OF LOYALTY AND I LIKE THEIR INVENTORY. WELL! I WILL FIND ANOTHER BEAUTY SUPPLY STORE. I DIDN'T MENTION ANYTHING TO HIM BECAUSE I WAS FEELING HORRIBLE AND DIDN'T HAVE THE STRENGTH. I WILL RETURN ONE DAY AND COMPLAIN HOPEFULLY ONE

Racist establishment, very high prices . If you’re black don’t let them know because they will treat you differently. I tried this place 3 times & everytime is. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Don’t spend money where they don’t support you .

Very good. You fin here a large variety of nice products. Friendly and helpful staff( reason why this one is my favorite in this neiborhood)

I hate being followed!!!!!! Just left the beauty salon. I understand the 1st time to ask if i need help , but every single asile ? First and last time coming here
