Scamming and rude I had called on one occasion to ask for availability and the person who picked up was very rude and gave attitude when I first said hello. I brushed it off, people have bad days that’s fine. I just didn’t go to this establishment this day. Today, I came back as a walk in for a pedicure, the signature pedicure for $48 without paint or gel. The nail artist, Tammy, who did my nails showed me a lavender box with the scrubs and creams saying this is what she was going to use for the pedicure. I noticed everyone else next to me was getting the lavender box too without the others showing their clients, they were just using them as part of their service. During the service, she only used the lavender box for the scrubs and creams, paraffin soak, hot towels and the de-callus serv

The pedicures here are very good! I got an acrylic set done for the first time here and initially it wasn’t what I wanted but then David and Hannah fixed my nails for me and honestly Hannah does one of the best French tips ever so if you’re ever looking to get French tips, definitely ask for Hannah. I’m really glad that they accommodated me and my need to have my nails fixed. :)

I would not recommend the salon for dip services and especially not for chrome. While they were very friendly and able to accommodate me on the same day for an appointment. when I arrived I indicated that I want to dip powder with chrome polish. unfortunately, the technician did not have the experience and after repeatedly and very firmly requesting a second person, I sat down a different station to fix what was happening. I also requested that they clean the additional powder around my nail bed and I was told that it would wash off. I took the attached photos this morning and you can see that it does not look like a professional did my nails. I was charged full price, including an additional $5 for cuticle trim (note, that three of nails are bloody for this) and $15 charge for the chrome.

Idk what they use but I can say my nails have never gotten damaged like this. Sure nails thin out with acrylics, I’m very well aware of that. This however is something different. I got a full set and they did not apply enough acrylic at the top and nails started tearing above the line where my nail ends underneath the acrylic. I went in on the third day to fix it and nail tech was bothered the whole ten minutes because she had to fix it and it was not work done by her. By the end of that day two more nails tore the same way and I was in so much discomfort. They got me in to fix them and I asked if they could fix my thumb and pointer finger on my other hand because they were thin at the base as well and I was afraid I’d damage a fourth nail bed, nail tech was snobby about it and blamed it o

Firstly, my nails actually came out very pretty, however, The nail lady gave me a painful cut on each of my fingers, so I will not be returning. She didn’t even care and was SO rough, even after I was saying “ ouch “. The techs need to be much more gentle. Pedicure was ok I guess, but they didn’t want to take off the pre gel polish when I wanted regular nail polish in the first place… trying to make you pay way more then what you WANTED. It’s not worth the pain for days to come. Scraping at my nails to end up causing painful cuts on each of my fingers. Noooo thanks I’ll go somewhere else.
