I went in for box braids, my first time and I told Ms Dondra this. She did not use foam, or hot water on the braids and she burned the ends along with some of my hair. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. She took my money and ran out the door

Very polite and professional, quick wash and retwist for my dreds she did an awesome job. Would greatly recommend to the next customer.
