I have been here twice and Rita is excellent. Rita’s art is evident in the quality of her work. My eyebrows look amazing and she is also very careful with my skin. I highly recommend her!

I usually do not write negative reviews but the lady is not good. I think she does not want any customers so she can just sit and take money. When I walked in she said if I have cash then she will do it and her system is not working. Right after I left she took someone.

I have been going here for 5 years. The owner knows me and what I like I don’t even have to tell her. My eye brows always look good and polished. I get so many compliments from my patients

Honestly, I wish I can give ZERO stars. She does not deserve any positive reviews at all. She is so rude, unprofessional, and inconsistent. She will tell you one thing on the phone, and when you go to her store in person, she will tell you a completely different thing. You will just realize that you have wasted your precious time. Yesterday, I called her asking her what time she closes because I wanted to come in for eyebrow threading. The lady tells me 7pm. So, I arrived there around 6pm, mind you, she had already locked her door indicating that she was closed. She was still inside with only about 4 other customers ahead of me. I don’t usually write negative reviews, but my wife’s experience at La Biotique was troubling enough that I felt compelled to share it. She called ahead to ask about their appointment policy and was told they do not take appointments, that she could simply walk in and they would fit her in. When she arrived, there were three people ahead of her, and she patiently waited her turn. During that time, no one greeted her or acknowledged her presence. Then, when it was finally her turn, she was abruptly told without any courtesy or explanation, that she needed an appointment and that they couldn’t help her. The tone was rude and dismissive.
