I got turned away because she stated she doesn’t do eyebrow threading on men! This is discrimination and highly highly disrespectful. She was friendly when she said it though and recommended a place in the mall that would accommodate men! I’m still in shock at the sexist discrimination I just endured. If that was the case then they need to advertise no men allowed.

Poor customer service, they want your money but won’t greet you or simply show gratitude by saying thank you.

I used to go here ALL the time to get my eyebrows threaded after I started having issues at Art of Threading. I have awful reactions to wax, so I need threading for my brows. Back then it was great service every time. This time... Well, no one was there when I came in Saturday evening, so I was able to be serviced right away. However, that's where my good experience ended this time. I told her I liked the shape of my brows, I just wanted them a bit thinner. I walked out with 90's pencil brows that make me look like a cartoon character. Then later that evening when I went home and looked in the mirror I saw she CUT ME with the thread! On BOTH eyebrows! This was my favorite place to get my lashes done, but now i have gotten pink eye twice. I visited here on Saturday, and today my eye is pink. I went back to make sure its from the lashes and now i see it is. I will only be goin to get my eyebrows done from now on. Tessa is a sweet lady and does great work but something is not right about those lashes. Don't know if they are old and so is the glue, are her utensils not sterile. She needs to learn to change her gloves in between customers and cashing out. She never changes her gloves. Much as i love this place and her service, i will not be coming back to get my lashes done.

My favorite Lash & Brow studio hands down. Wasn't a big fan of threading until Tess threaded my brows. She's very gentle & understands her assignment. I always get extra with the tinting & gold face mask...soooo worth it. My pores are tightened & my skin glows. Love love love this place!! .
