La Bonita Nails

I want to start by saying the guy at the store told me over the phone 65 dollars for mani and pedi with clear gel. Upon arriving they kept changing the price and said 85 afterwords when I then asked why the price change they couldn’t really tell me because of the language barrier so I went with it because I don’t want argue with them. Doing my nails the lady didn’t say thank you or please or any basic manner with me. She cut the side of my nail correctly or even took her time with it. The place was dead so I wonder why she was rushing. I do not recommend this place because they don’t know how to answer basic questions and they don’t communicate pricing correctly to someone.

The customer service was lovely. The nail techs are very nice and kind. All the stuff in the salon looks clean and new! The only downside was the actual services. During my acrylic service my nail tech shaved the skin surronding my nail on multiple fingers. It left me in pain and I was bleeding after she was done shaving down the nail. Also, during my mother’s gel manicure service they looked wonderful. A day after the service her nails began to chip! Two of her nails started chipping after one day. My mother paid $105 including the tip. The staff are very nice though! I do recommend if you are looking to pamper your feet, not your fingernails

I have been going to Anna and Stephen for over three years. I am one of the first customers I’ve had since they open the salon three years ago very happy with the quality work and how I get here. I will continue to be a long time Customer.

Horrible Service. As soon as I got there de latino, Girl Was Really mean I asked her if she can do Some designs for me, and she answer, no with A. Really bad attitude. I will never recommend a place like this to not go there de latina Grill is definitely Mean, horrible Service

Went in for a full acrylic set with gel polish, they took me that same day(I did call ahead of time) . Nancy was my nail tech. She was so sweet, and took her time on my set. Listened to what I wanted and did exactly that. I'm in love with my set. Prices are reasonable and you get a punch card for discounts. This is by far my favorite, she has made me a regular from now on. Side note: I recently went to a nail shop close to Anthem, paid way more and had a GelX set. Not worth it!! Come here, Nancy will not disappoint.
