L.A Central Nails

Would not recommend at all. I came to get a new set & the lady doing my nails started ripping my previous nails off & tore my nail from my skin. With her unclean hands she proceeded to dig in my bleeding nail. She was proceeding with the service as normal but I had to tell her that I would not be getting a new set because there was no way that I could put a new set on top of an injured nail. All tools used were dirty and I had to ask her multiple times if she could use something to clean the wound and I had to ask her to wash her hands as well. You would think that would be standard practice, especially when there is blood involved. She proceeded to do a soak off and did an absolutely horrible job basically drilled my nails off for most of it and still managed to leave parts of acrylic on

I used to come to this nail shop often, but the service has really gone downhill. That lady who down below in the picture at the second table was rude and had a nasty attitude the last time I visited not welcoming at all. On top of that, their prices have gone way up, and it’s definitely not worth what they’re charging now. The quality doesn’t match the cost, and it feels like they’re just trying to rush people in and out. I won’t be coming back!

I have fungus underneath three of my nails! DO NOT GO HERE. They are unsanitary! I called to see if they could compensate me the lady over the phone hung up in my face and said she can not help me! I’ve been getting my nails done since I was 14 years old this has never happened to me!

I been to this shop once. My mom and I went for my birthday and got pedicures plus I got my nails done. A woman with orange hair(I believe) did my nails. One of my nails popped off on Sunday and I went to get it fixed along with other nails that were already lifting. She rushed repairing my nails and didn’t fix none of the ones I told her were lifting and now it’s Wednesday and my hands look like this. I didn’t pop any off on my own they literally came off when I was detangling my hair. This is not my first time getting my nails done it this long. I have braided hair with nails longer and they lasted a month. My feet came out good but I will NEVER be back to this shop for nail care AT ALL!

I recently got a pedicure here, & I’ve has on socks for one day no shoes & my polish was chipped the next day, I came in to let them correct & was instantly met w/ an attitude saying I didn’t let my toes dry when I sat in the establishment with my mom for an extra hour, I’m not sure if the lady who is sitting in the door doing nails thinks she can talk to loyal paying customers because of the area that she selected to put her shop… I’ve never gpa pedicure & the polish chips in a day, I’m not sure If they are putting thinner to stretch the polish but paying 23$ bucks to come back & be met with an attitude saying I didn’t let my toes dry is diabolical, when the lady was in the shop whole shellac polish came off… I use to give them grace because the people can be a lot but be mindful you all
