I’m so upset, I tried to take my 6 year old daughter to get her hair detangled and washed and we waited for an hour before they even looked at her hair and then they brought us back to the sink. The woman looked at her hair, said this will be a problem, and just took out a dry brush and started going at my daughter’s head. So of course my daughter cries immediately. Then she held out the brush and asked me if I can do it. After brushing for like 30 seconds I asked if there was another way or someone else and she told me that if she wets it, it will lock up and I have to brush it first. Which is not actually how her hair works, or most mixed hair that I’m aware of. It seemed like she just wanted to get rid of us immediately by making it hurt and refusing to try. I made an appointment for my son whom is autistic and the lady said we can come but when I got there I had my daughter with me also and the lady said only him where I told her he’s a kid so I’m gonna need to be with him then she stated speaking Spanish to other people sitting around and said only him again so we left but she had five of her peoples sitting there without masks nor were they getting their hair done😡 Bad business but I did go right across the street to another shop where the lady was very nice and she did my son’s hair while my daughter and I waited in her salon until she was done. I still had a great day and so did my son.

I come here to get my nails done by Tita @titamarisnails who is the best! But they also do hair and braiding at this location as well. Locally Latin Woman owned💪
