I wanted a very easy design plain short nails with one having glitter over the top. I let the tech know multiple times that I did not like what the shape or the length of the nails and she kept reassuring me that they would get to where I wanted them to be. The tech (who I believe to be the manager) working next to her kept peeking over and talking with her. I continued to ask for them to be changed until she started painting them, and then I was so defeated I just wanted to leave. I ended up going to my normal place in Vancouver, and she said that the tech had used the incorrect nail size however she was able to file and drill the nails down to look a lot more like my inspiration picture. I love this place. They weren't trying to rush me out at all. They understood that I enjoyed a quiet service. Wait time was five minutes. They have products that are unscented. It was like a little therapy in the middle of the day.

Been going here for years Van is very talented, excellent at nails with almost 20 years experience. She does all my full sets & fills. I recommend her to everyone. Uyen (pronounced Win) gives excellent pedicures & can incorporate acupressure with her massage. Call ahead to schedule & avoid a wait.

I got my nails done 4 days ago & it looks like it’s been a whole entire week. I explained to the nail artist I haven’t gotten my nails done in 2 years, so this was a special occasion for me. In the beginning of her starting to do my nails I noticed that she didn’t push my cuticles back nor did she clean up my nail bed. She only clipped my nails down very short. I didn’t realize my nails were slanted until she completely finished but I didn’t even complain about it. She told me my nail beds were too short, which it isn’t because my cuticles aren’t pushed back. I ended up coming back after 2 days because my nails looked like it needed a fill already . Came here for a mani-pedi and they did an amazing job. For my fingernails I mainly just wanted something super simple, no polish due to my line of work and for them to take care of my cuticles which they did a great job at. Got the deluxe option with paraffin wax, hot towels and hot stones and it was luxurious. Both women working on me did an excellent and thorough job. Highly recommended and I will be back! A glass of wine would have been nice but I do appreciate that they gave me a bottled water.
