the employees need to clarify with the customer about what kind of nails they want, about what kind of color/powder they want, and they need to be cautious about using a nail file because I was cut when she was filing my nails. I asked 2 different times to confirm that the color I wanted was actually a powder and not just a nail polish, and she told me yes and then after she had already started the solar part of my nail and it had dried, that's when she says it's a color, not a powder, but it was too late to fix it. my nails are crooked, they are not even, and I have multiple cuts on my fingers by my nail bed thanks to her carelessness.

i usually go here to a woman name cindy she’s amazing she was booked thursday and i needed my nails done for my mothers funeral after waiting on cindy for a hour they sent me to another girl in front i told her repeatedly what i wanted and she was. saying ok and this what i got i had to go to another salon to get them fixed ended up spending $100 for a $60 set im not returning

My shellac came off next day came to get my nail fixed by Cindy and she had a attitude just because I came back seems like. She asked me to pick a color and I had forgotten so she started to get nasty with me. I told her to please not get a attitude I had payed $96 for my nails and I didn’t want anything but my toe fixed. I asked manager to please get someone to fix and she said I would have to pay and then I told her I didn’t want the get treated like I was buggin after I payed for service. She said there was nothing she could do. DO NOT COME HERE! I have been coming here for 6 years and they still do not appreciate service. GO ELSEWHERE!!

After being away from the business for a long time I went back. The girl destroyed my fingernails by filing the tops of them. The fact that the person in charge looked at my nails and saw no problem makes me totally nervous. I will never return

Do not come here! I got a pedicure and the whole time they were trying to add on extra services, I was basically forced into gel polish. The polish literally looks like a child painted my nails and she also cut me. The pedicure was also extremely rushed and the prices on their website are not correct as to what they said in person. There are plenty of other salons who take good care of you in Tulsa, this is the last one to go to!
