Had an appointment the lady was extra late , did my hair and it looked good when I was there . I left it haven’t even been a week yet ( five days ) and already the hair is coming out the twist . The parts in the middle are not even neat looks bushy looks about 3 months old already . The twist are long and but they could have done better in the middle parting and tucking the hair in the beginning of the twist .and I hate that braid then twist , like twist from the beginning to end . *update: I called 6/21/22 to explain to them what was going on, told the lady my hair is sticking out of my twist and it’s only been a week I paid $280 she told me she would call me back and never did . I see why they only accept cash, cause I would definitely dispute it with my bank. Now instead of two stars

extremely unprofessional and rude. i arrived at 1:30 and didn’t get my head started on till 2:41. after 7 hours of waiting my hair and then taking multiple breaks one break where she left to join a zoom call i still had a section left and multiple braids to be braided down. when i finally got tired of waiting i requested to leave and she demanded i paid her full price and closed me inside the store. i refuse and she threatened to call the police all im going to say is don’t waste your time here because they don’t care about it and you’ll be there till after closing time. i left with multiple braids unfinished and a section undone will not be coming again and they are a. disgrace to the braiding community once again SAVE YOUR MONEY ‼️‼️‼️

This is the only shop I go to now for my braids. They always give me exactly what I wanted and have appointments when I request them. I'm a loyal customer and have been since before they changed locations. My daughter even comes here for her braids. Very nice women and professional. Check them out!

These people are absolutely horrible. My 17 year old daughter was sitting at this shop for 9 hours and they never finished her hair. For starters, my daughter's appointment was at 1pm. They didn't get to her until almost 3pm. The shop closes at 6. At 7pm I started texting my daughter to see where she was. I called the shop 3 times and nobody was answering the phone. At 7:30 my daughter texted me back and said that only half her hair was done and that they told her it would be 4 more hours. Her braider had taken 5 breaks and at one point stopped doing her hair completely for over an hour to get on a Zoom call. I sent my brother to the shop to pick her up at 8:30. When my brother got there they refused to let my daughter leave and locked her in the shop demanding that she pay full price. Sh

I usually get my hair done by the owner, Sydney, but was done by Raisa today. Impressed with the talent available in this shop. Other women were there to assist with finishing up style and they were also great. Takes me an hour to get here...but worth it.
