From the moment I walked in, everyone was so kind and welcoming it immediately set the tone for a great experience. Kristen was absolutely amazing and extremely knowledgeable about my hair. She’s also very sweet and hilarious, which made a long appointment fly by, and she was attentive the entire time. I had to fly out and didn’t get the chance to give her all the verbal praise she deserved, but she truly did an incredible job. I love my hair and will definitely be back!

I got my hair colored a few weeks ago and I’ve been hesitant to post, but I feel like my experience deserves honesty. I was quoted under $300 and clearly stated that was my budget, yet my total ended up being $375. My stylist was kind, but she was a junior stylist, and the pricing did not reflect that. The color came out okay, but there are blotchy areas that I really shouldn’t be seeing at that price point. I even came from Doylestown to Lansdale thinking it would be more affordable, but it ended up costing significantly more than my previous salon, where I paid $215 for the exact same service. I also genuinely feel I should not have been put in the situation I was in at checkout. There was absolutely no disclosure and no signage anywhere stating that they do not accept Discover. Discove

The salon is welcoming and professional. Everyone is pleasant. 6 stars for Leeann, who gives the best shampoo and is kind and courteous. I am always pleased with my stylist, Denise; she is always friendly and has a wonderful sense of humor.

Amy is a great person to work with. She listens, she cares and she takes her time and does a good job. The salon is a woman and inviting place that I enjoyed going to as well.

Amy has been cutting my hair for a few years now and always does an amazing job! All the staff are so friendly and cheerful and it's a beautiful salon. I always walk out so happy with my cut and Amy goes above and beyond to make sure I look perfect!!
