La Nail Too Brunswick

I come here a lot due to the super friendly staff and always go for the most expensive pedicures. I often times will leave work early to come here because I don’t want to go to a different salon. I was even greeted by one of the ladies who said “you’re back again?!” Upon entering. Of course. When you value your customers they will come back. Today in particular I had Danny for my fill in. I understand that everyone has a bad day but I did not like the treatment. He had an attitude from the moment I sat down and I noticed the girl before me looked annoyed, too. Every time I spoke he seemed bothered and didn’t always acknowledge when I was speaking. He was rough while drilling and cut my cuticles several times. He pushed back my fingers or to the side with roughness after I asked him severa

I spent 137 for my nails and feet. The prices on the website were wrong. The polish wasn't done fully in my opinion. The thumbs werent painted correctly. I dont like the ombre they did. The cuticles were not pushed or cut. It felt rushed. My toes even got smudged and not fixed. They didnt even let me soak my feet and got straight to the point. My pedi was very quick. Like 20 minutes or less. I should've spoke up. I asked if they had military discount and got ignored. I personally wouldn't be back.

Absolutely love this place! Always leave very pleased. Danny did an awesome job and will definitely request him next time
