LA Nails in Lititz PA

I’m not typically one to leave reviews, but I’ve had multiple negative experiences at this nail salon. Today was especially disappointing. I came in for a very simple gel manicure (pink nails with simple red stripes on a few). Despite telling the technician I didn’t want my nails any shorter, she proceeded to file them until two were noticeably shorter and uneven. The gel polish also wasn’t applied close to the cuticle at all, so they already look grown out even though they were just done today. The striped design was the most disappointing part. The lines are not centered, vary in thickness, are squiggly instead of straight, and look rushed overall. They honestly look sloppy, and it was clear the technician knew they didn’t look great but cured them quickly without offering to fix anyth

Vivian is the absolute best!!! If you like to do fun designs, she gets excited about it and you can tell she genuinely enjoys getting to be creative. I have been going here for years and not every nail tech is great. But many of them are and if you don’t like something they are doing they will correct it. I don’t get Vivian every time but I am thrilled when I do. This is what she did for my 4th of July nails based on a photo I showed her. Even if you are not looking for a design, she is the best at shaping and paying attention to the little details.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I got a basic dip manicure with Kathy & it took over an hour and a half. I’m extremely disappointed & frustrated that I spent over $50 and my time to get a horrible result. I got tips for length & evenness, and was left with completely uneven lengths on my nails. The tips separated from my real nail, leaving a huge gap & messy end result. Management came and stood around and watched & did not address the bad quality of the manicure. I was nicked multiple times with the filer tool. I will not be going back here & would never recommend family or friends here.

I love this place so much. I’ve been to two since before coming to LA Nails and they were horrible. LA Nails on lititz pike is a safe space. I’ve recommended so many people here and they all would say the same. I personally go to Amy and she’s phenomenal. All of the techs in there are amazing. I’m always so happy with my nails. I pay $30 for a fill and always tip because they deserve it!

Absolutely love this location. Everyone is so friendly and professional. I loved how detailed my tech is. They have gained another loyal and satisfied customer.
