terrible quality and horrible customer service. $95 for this garbo and i had to coach the nail tech through every step of the process… they have no regard for nail health, use weird and confusing sales tactics, and are very argumentative. not a relaxing experience in a visibly dirty environment. do not recommend.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Be careful who you get as your nail tech. The one that did my pedicure, amazing job. Nice and smooth. The one that did my manicure not only was she rushed, literally just putting oils after oils to cover up her mistakes, cutting my skin, dropping brushes and nail files, kept insisting me getting different from over what color I wanted and length. She was extremely rude, that when I told her that I don’t like them if she could fix them or take them off she started yelling at me in front of my daughter. Would not recommend this place or that specific nail tech, which I didn’t get her name, she sits right by the entrance to the left, her desk and supplies would say it all, SLOPPY AND UNSANITARY, I believe it was Tina she’s on the slimmer side and tall. Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience I had a very disappointing experience at this nail shop. The quality of the work was far below expectations. My nails were left uneven, poorly shaped, and the polish was messy around the cuticles. The design itself could have been nice, but the application was not done professionally at all. When I politely mentioned the issues, the technician argued with me instead of trying to fix them. He raised his voice and came very close to me, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. The staff were also talking among themselves and laughing in a way that created an unprofessional atmosphere for customers. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this salon. On 3/17/24 I walked into LA nails as a first time customer. I had already had my nails done, it was time to get them redone . I thought I was going to be able to get a fill in . When I walked in everyone greeted me with a smile . Tammie did my nails.Tammie did such a wonderful job, as she listened to me as a customer. She had me to try something new but at the same time it was what I wanted something Neutral . She took her time with the details of my nails from the shape, making sure they looked full, and even getting any extra an Acrylic from under my nails. Their service was definitely sufficient and professional. I would recommend their services to anyone . Thank you LA nails and staff. I will definitely come back
