La Nails

Went there to get my nails filled and had to come back the very next day to get two nails fixed. I got one gel color and a strip in the other color, as she fixed my nails I asked her to use the nail polish remover to straighten my tips she rolled her eyes and caught an attitude saying all of my nails would have to be redone. Umm yeah absolutely if the first person who did it did a rush job! Lam knows better than that. But I won’t return back ever again. Poor customer service horrible tips uneven!

I brought my daughter here to get a full set of nails. She showed the man what she wanted . He proceeded to cut her nails after asking her age. When she said she wanted longer,he said no because she has school. Her nails looked like nubs and it was too late after he had finished the job. We left and then after looking at her nails I went back to the store and he proceeded to argue with me stating he would not refund but that he would take them off but charge an additional 20 dollars for the length she wanted, she didn't want long nails, just a little longer than the current nub he did. So he wanted 70 dollars for a redo. Unbelievable, so we left and will never return. If you want customer satisfaction, this is not the place to go to. He tried arguing with me in the salon.

I love the service, the staff, the cleanliness and professionalism! They are always super nice to me and provide great service for my mani pedi and facial hair waxing! Yesterday was my best experience yet, which allowed me to finally know which tech I will prefer from here on out. The beautiful & sweet tech who serviced me last night took this picture of my nails afterward. She did such a great job! I shared my vision and she actually made it better! I love my nails! Thank you!

I have been getting pedicures and gel manicures for the last 3 months at La Nails and I have had a great experience every time.

Im new to the area & was trying to find my go to nail salon.... I'd never return to this location, I asked for a simple french manicure full set and this is what i received, the nails are overly wide... the lines are not straight nor do they even end how they're suppose to. My nails we super rushed & i expressed i wasn't pleased with how they look & received so much attitude & no one cared to even ask twice on fixing it or offering a solution. I was so disappointed.
