La Nails & Spa 2

I came her in October 25th for a refill before my business trip. I usually LOVE coming here because of the quality services I receive. I had a great experience this past Saturday… my problem? My REFILL looks like this 72 hours later. No heavy manual labor or anything. I am gravely disappointed in my final results. My nail looks OPEN. This looks like a Halloween prank.

Paid $80 for a regular pedicure with gel polish and an eyebrow wax. My feet feel as though I did not have a pedicure and my eyebrows look as though they are not freshly waxed. When I informed the manager of my distaste is the service she asked for more money. It is not about money and I have no problem paying for quality service, however, my issue is being unhappy with my results. Find someplace better. They do not even clean or sanitize chairs between customers. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Very disappointed with service of a quick gel polish the tech messed my nails up and proceed to redo them but was completely lazy about it. The nail shop was not really busy, however I felt rushed.I only stopped at this nail shop because it was close and I needed a polish change for the concert. This picture is from Tuesday 3 days after getting them done. This is so disappointing.

I paid 55 dollars for THE WORST dip I have ever gotten. The nail tech was obviously inexperienced. I would not waste my money at this place again. I sat for almost 2 hours for the worst service. I shouldn’t have had to pay. This place is a rip off. BEWARE.

The woman who did my nails used the drill too close to several of my nails and didn’t stop when I told her my nails were bleeding. My pointer finger was so drilled down that within less than 48 hrs my nail has fallen off. I’m never coming back here to spend my money ever. There was no need to rush my refill seeing as there weren’t as many patrons in the salon. Y’all had more than hour left til close. I’m never coming back. Waste of money.
