L.A Nails

The person in the back is refusing to serve me because she's racist; she doesn't want to provide me with service because I'm Latina. I went there today to get service, and she told me she didn't have time today. I asked about next week, and she said there were no appointments available for me without giving any reason. She just said, "There are no appointments for you." You can feel her negative energy and her racist attitude. I've gone there for service before, and the people who attended me were very nice and gave me excellent service. Unfortunately, she denied me service simply because she's racist. I don't understand any other reason. I hope the owner takes action regarding this matter.

Went for a mani/pedi and a gentleman did the service. He cut my cuticles too deep on 6 fingers/toes and I left bleeding. I went back into the salon the following day to speak to I assume the owner/manager and she said I had an allergy to gel because I ended up with itchy bumps on my fingers this morning. This is because he got a lot of gel polish on my skin and let it cure under the UV lamp on my skin. I have never had an issue with getting gel polish before, but you can develop a reaction if it is incorrectly applied. I repeated that I was concerned about all of the bleeding cuts on my cuticles and she said it’s because I’m allergic. She didn’t try to address my concern. Took my mom for her 75th birthday! Exceptional service by Dawn, Andy and another male employee whose name did not get! They treated our mother to one of best pedicures! Perfect location for anyone needing handicap accessible! Very professional and compassionate place of business! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My daughter and I had one of the worst first time experiences at this nail salon. From the moment we walked in, the customer service was unprofessional and rude. The owner/staff seemed irritated that we were even there and instead of making my daughter and I feel welcome, we felt like an inconvenience. We asked for something simple and were met with attitude and dismissiveness. When I tried to explain what we wanted, the owner forced us out, barely listened, and denied us service and said they were booked the following day. On top of that, the whole atmosphere was tense. For the prices they charge, I expected way better treatment and quality. We left frustrated, unhappy, and completely ignored when I expressed my concerns and then had to go to another salon.
