Use to love this place but as a lately, the quality of their work has gone down tremendously. I went in for a chrome set, and it started chipping the same night. Went it they did correct my nails and I got gel polish that started to chip as well. The price is never the same anymore even if you get the exact same service. I’m not even 2 weeks out from my pedicure with chrome and my toes look a mess! I’ve tried to get them a second and third chance but I’m over it.

My initial experience was amazing. However, everytime I have gone lately, I have received inexperienced individuals whose English is poor. I have had to speak into my phone to interpret what was needed. Services were rushed and in the midst,they have cut me a few times. I won't be returning but I do think better training is a must.

Professional, accommodating, polite, fairly priced, lengthy wait, not able to get everything done in one visit due to the wait. In their defense, this was after a winter storm so everyone was out getting pampered at the same time. I got a pedicure, my daughter got nails painted and other daughter got a full set. No complaints on service at all.

I absolutely love LA Nails! Amy is my go-to nail tech, and she is incredibly creative and attentive. She always knows exactly what my nails and feet need, and she goes above and beyond to make sure everything looks perfect and feels great. Her attention to detail and talent truly set her apart. I always leave feeling pampered and happy—highly recommend! 💅

This was my first time using this nail salon and they did a great job! My little girl and I both got pedicures and she also got acrylic nails. They were so good with her! Her nails turned out so cute! Exactly what she asked for. It was a little pricy but well worth it. We walked right in without an appointment on a Sunday and it was not crowded. We will definitely return. I’m glad a couple of negative reviews did not deter me.
