My mom and I were in the area to see a show at the bell house. The only Qualm is they close at 6:30. It's no extra frills and the food is phenomenal. The service was great. I wish I would've got the servers name. Food was fresh and servings were generous

This place is great: delicious, home-cooked style food, generous portions, it's one of the few places in the area that's affordable AND fills you up. Not fancy but not trying to be, if you're looking for meals in the area on the regular THIS is the place.

We happened upon this place while spending a few hours in Brooklyn. I love discovering little hole in the wall spots, and this place is a good one. We each had the Cubano, and it was luscious. Thinly sliced ham paired with big chunks of tender, flavourful pork and slices of pickles all piled into a soft, crispy hoagie roll. Mango fruit juice added the perfect touch. We were only able to eat half, so that means I have lunch for tomorrow, whoo hoo! Cash only, so come prepared for that.

I'm Puerto Rican and the meal i ate today reminded me of the food i ate growing up. WOW! I had the stew chicken and my husband had the roasted pork. Great portion, very friendly staff and delicious food! i will definitely be eating here again

The food here is great. Fresh and hot and fast. You can call ahead for special orders or just to order. They deliver too. The ladies here take care of you like family. Definitely a regular spot to get that spanish home cook food.
