La Perfection Nails

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this nail salon. The staff members who assisted me were extremely rude, dismissive, and overly sarcastic the entire time. Instead of being welcoming or professional, they acted like my presence was an inconvenience. I tried to ask simple questions about the services, and every response was met with attitude or eye-rolling. It completely ruined the experience, and I didn’t even feel comfortable staying until the end of my appointment. If you care about being treated with respect, I do not recommend this place. There are plenty of other salons that value their customers and provide better service.

The staff here is so talented and creative. They gave me a nail design that I absolutely love. The polish is smooth and shiny. I couldn’t ask for better service.
