This beautiful young lady took me into my appt 35 minutes late! I was slotted for a 15 minute consultation, only to be told that she does not do natural hair! ( her website does not state this ) I had to pay 10.50 for the consultation that she refused to refund! She then proceeded to prod me about if I was upset because she didn’t do natural hair? I responded to her that absolutely I was upset and why wouldn’t I be? (never escalating my voice) She then asked me a 2nd time was I upset at her because she didn’t do natural hair, as if she was trying to bully me in some manner. All while berating me in front of her clients! ( instead of pulling me to the side to discuss our discord )I am a 62 year old veteran of 22 years USNavy and I’m finding it harder and harder to patronize our black estab
