Lace Nails

I've been going here for pedicures, and Tracy for dip manicures for several years. This studio is warm and friendly and strives to get customers exactly what they're envisioning. I've seen everyone from young kiddos getting polish, to high schoolers with full set extensions for prom, to regulars like me, couples getting pedicures, and older adults getting some nail love. This place isn't flashy with the absolute latest greatest and crazy pricing - it's clean, friendly, reasonable and always welcoming.

“I was really disappointed with my experience at this salon. I arrived 10 minutes late and wasn’t informed of any issues at the time, but midway through my pedicure, I was told they couldn’t do my manicure because of my late arrival. Eventually, they agreed to do my nails,only because I ask them no to finish the pedicure that way she can have enough time to do my hands. but the result was far from what I expected. The acrylic nails were uneven, and the filing was extremely thick, making it feel like play-doh. To make matters worse, they used nail clippers to cut the acrylic, causing them to break, leaving me with uneven lengths. I left feeling unsatisfied and frustrated with the service

This sweet nail salon does the best job every time. Minh is exceptional. She is thoughtful and doesn’t rush. The pedi massage is fabulous and my nails always look great! Highly recommend.

We used to love coming to Lace but now the nails fall off within days and when we request a fix after paying $100+ there is always pushback and blame placed on my teenage girls. Our last experience, the nails stayed on for two days and we were literally SCARED to call and ask them to fix them. We have to go in bi- weekly because the quality has gotten so poor and have spent thousands of dollars at this salon but will not be going back. They ABSOLUTELY take advantage of young girls and teenagers. Today was the final straw. Super unfortunate.

Helen did a perfect job this morning on dipped pink & white French nails. I’ve had my nails done for decades. The nail tech matters. Mine left a shop so I went to some other nail shops in LO and my nails didn’t last or were rough, thick or it hurt. I asked a friend for her recommendation and she gave my the referral to Helen. And now I’m passing that on by writing this review. Helen is both careful and efficient. My nails look perfect. Thank you.
