Gosh…. I had the worst experience ever. I had booked this unprofessional hair braider two weeks in advance for 9am on the said date. I got there and waited for an hour before she arrived. She was so slow that she started calling for help. I ended up leaving around 5:45 with braids that was not cleaned up afterwards. However, When it was time to leave, she said my bill was 250$ and we agreed on 200$ before we started. I was shocked, she was just after the money, she doesn’t care if you like the hair or not, and she does a very bad job. Do not go here if you don’t want to regret and waste money. If not for the grace of God in my heart, I would have quarreled with her that day for what she did to me because I was really hurt. Giving 2 stars to balance out my experience. Had wash and dry done. Horrible experience. Washed by a non-stylist and she only dried out the water..didn't even try to smoothe it out. Charged $60 Had a previous awesome experience with braiding by the new girl I should have waited for her. Not the owner.

For my first time, it was a bad experience. I asked for a simple style, told the lady braids are not tight enough, and my hair won't last until the weekend (scheduled appointment was on a Thursday). She ignored me and didn't try to fix it, but loaded my hair with gel and hair spray like that was supposed to help it. I left there unhappy with my hair style. To be new to the San Antonio area, I will never recommend or go back to this salon.

There are alot of braiders in town to choose from and I definitely made a poor choice. I arrived at 930 and show the stylist my hair she aays it's too long for the length that I wantand that the hair could not be cut. I went to the beauty supply to exchange my hair. I return and the stylist has started on another client. I was only gone for 15mn. I was told another stylist was on the way. I wait for about 20mn. The total time for my hair style took 6 1/2 hours for Senegalese twists. I was constantly asked about the style I wanted. Before my appointment I had sent her a picture of the style I wanted. I was given a qoute of 160 and after tge stylist was done I handed her 170 and she states no it's 250. The style I showed her was actually longer but I asked for it to be shorter. She said

They lied about the cost. I was quoted for $180 for Senegalese twist with hair included and I get to the salon and the owner is like nooo you have to buy your own hair and the braids will cost $280-320. Do not go to the salon at all. They quote wrong prices
