First and foremost I would like to say that I will recommend a place like this that takes your money and gives you bad quality service. I went to get my nails done two days ago I'm back here at this place with two chipped nails. I came back to the lady that did my nails and explain to her situation. she tried to repair the nails but the gel that they have is so cheap that she had to keep putting extra coats on my nails. I've asked about a color change the lady wanted to charge me $20 after I've already spent money for gel. so I asked to speak to the owner and the owner was no better . The owner tried to blame it on the fact that the polish was white and the fact that I didn't leave my fingers under the UV gel light for a long time. Today March 3rd,2018 I did my nails, she asked me what shape I wanted I showed her exactly what I wanted(I pointed on the finger nails they had there) I told her I don't want them long, she messed up the shape I she tried and tried until she had nothing else to fix and look at my dam nails I'm upset. Only because it's cold and just wanted to go home why I never had her redo my nails. She didn't even clean up the polish mess off my hands smh tacky tacky place.

Horrible customer service. I’m the first customer and the lady tells me I can’t soak for a pedicure even when I offered to pay extra for the time. Made me waste money on the parking meter! Last time they set me up for a pedicure then tell me they don’t have hot water after they had already started.

My first time going. Very friendly helpful! Very clean! I forgot the name of the lady that did my nails but she did great! I will definitely go back and I live in Yonkers
