Lady Jane's Haircuts for Men- Arvada (Ralston Rd & W 58th Ave)

Haircut looks fine. Price was what I was told when I called ahead with no hidden fees or upcharges. Joelle was nice enough. I wish she had cut it a bit shorter. I asked for 4 inches off she showed about 2 inches and asked if that was right. I said more but she didn't cut off much more than that. Having worked construction jobs most my life I know what an inch looks like better than most people and sometimes it's hard to convey especially with my hair so layered after giving myself uneven cuts for years. I just feel like I got less value because not enough was taken off and I will need a cut again sooner than I would have liked but like I said it doesn't look bad and the service was good otherwise.

MY brother is in a personalized wheelchair and Joellia the stylist was bothered that she had to cut his hair in his wheelchair, she didn't wanna move the barber chair and he cannot transfer or sit in a regular chair. He cannot follow cues, stay still for long periods and is non verbal. She showed no compassion or patience and didnt seem to have a desire to give him a quality experience or haircut so he can look and feel good. She gave my brother the worst haircut of his life. She didnt care that she was told to leave the top long and sides short and buzzed the top right off! I’m easy going for haircuts, always have gone somewhere cheap as I do not need much. Roberta cut my hair and was the most unwelcoming and rude hairstylist I have ever seen after 20 years of going to Great Clips which is saying a lot. I was tempted to get up halfway through and finish the cut elsewhere. I will never be going back after this experience, 0/10 do not recommend.

Our family would not recommend this business to anyone. We have tried this place three times. The first time was fine, no issues. The second time, the stylist that my husband booked with weeks in advance, never even showed up! He waited over an hour and finally left. He tried one last time and took one of our boys. My son’s hair was absolutely butchered with chunks of hair cut short and some left long and the areas over his ears are hacked to heck. My husband, on the other hand, had an even more bizarre experience..the cut was ok but he kept saying his neck was burning when he got home only for me to realize he was cut and burnt. This is in addition to the uncomfortable overall experience that they both had with their stylists.

My husband has been coming here, I will not let him go anywhere else! The stylists at Lady Jane’s are very talented & professional!
