Lady Jane's Haircuts for Men- Washington Twp (Van Dyke Ave - South of 26 Mile)

Been coming here for several months now. Friendly staff and quality service. Highly recommend making an appointment. They can get quite busy and walk-ins may be waiting a while. Will continue coming here for hair and beard. Regular haircuts are reasonably priced. Additional services can get pricey but not ridiculous.

Context: It’s been a while since my last haircut, and the first picture, with the most hair, is what I went into the shop looking like. I don’t know the name of the lady who cut my hair, but she was the first available option, and I literally showed her the second picture and asked for it. She then completely ignored what I asked for and gave me the haircut in the third picture, and ended up messing it up somehow. The sideburns were misaligned, the top was inconsistent, and the back was uneven. I didn’t have the courage to complain in person, so I had to go to a nearby Great Clips to have my hair redone to salvage what Lady Janes had ruined. I now have to go to my brother’s wedding in less than a month with a haircut that wasn’t what I asked for. I know what the lady looks like, but I can’

I came in and got very good service and very friendly staff the manager Bianca cut my hair and I was very happy and even showed my friends after and they were all impressed with her work thank you very much 😊

If you’re not a regular, I wouldn’t come. I come in today. There’s one person in front of me. I sign in right after them then the next three people don’t have to sign in and no one tells me that there’s a wait or nothing just seating there for 15 mins not one employee said anything. They definitely make you feel like you’re not welcome

My son and I arrived 5 minutes after store opening 10:05. With only 2 people sitting in chairs and multiple stylist we expected to be serviced rather quickly. You can't make an appointment so we picked "next available" when we checked in. We sat and watched as multiple people coming in after us were serviced and left before us. By 11:05 we were still waiting so we left. Supposedly we were next, but I doubt it.
