Lady Jane's Haircuts for Men- West Des Moines (Mills Civic Pkwy)

I went in today and saw Mikaela! I’m a color girl so finding somewhere with someone that understands color theory to a T. Help me achieve the exact look I planned. In a timely manner as well! I do a bright pink with a super blonde money piece and it’s not always a simple task but she always rises to the occasion! Not to mention her amazing cutting skills from the longest hair to shortest! Even though it was a “men’s” salon I felt not even the slightest uncomfortable. There was even a little privacy and space between each chair and a personal tv at each chair. Will definitely be going back everytime! 10/10 recommend.

Really nice ladies. They do a great job on my hair. Very professional attention to details. Usually get me in fairly quickly. Sometimes a bit of a wait. But not too long.

Terrible service. Uneven haircut. Major attitude from stylist the moment my husband walked in. He was rudely greeted by his stylist who was curled up in a chair, on her phone and barely looked up at him. I had booked him a scalp massage add-on as a way to help him destress and she attempted to get out of having to do it by asking (with attitude) if “he still wanted it” TWICE. It’s ironic that at her station she had a sign that says “I match energies, you choose your experience”. In the end my husband got a 2 minute overpriced, lackluster scalp massage and a terribly uneven and unfinished haircut. I had to fix it when we got home. Would give zero stars if I could.

I had an appointment set and was going to be 3-5 min late… your worker would rather cancel my appointment and move to the next tone then get paid $80tip and show kindness and respect to me because I have a daughter that needed cared for. I’d rather give my money to a company and group of hard working caring individuals. hope you find more caring hard working staff soon.

I know, I'm from out of town and I just walked in, but I stood there for 5 minutes. Nobody said hi or anything. I do not recommend this place.
