I’ve never gotten my nails done before, and was quite oblivious to the process. I was helped to make decisions and walked through the process and decision making. By the end of the service, my nails looked absolutely beautiful and the shape and all is perfect!! Thank you so much

I’ve been coming here for a few times now and I was glad to have found this nail salon. I love how the place is clean and relaxing. They were friendly too. However, I feel like charging customers extra $5 for nail cuticle removal is not fair and is too much😔 It’s the first time I’ve heard of it. Removing nail cuticles does not even take a minute. It only takes a few seconds. The previous salon I went to did not have a great customer service but they were not charging extra bucks for almond shape and cuticle removals. I usually pay $45 for Dip powder at others salon. Today I paid a total of $ 55 for dip powder + shape of my nails + cuticle removals. As much as I like to keep coming here I guess I need to find a new salon that offers both great customer service and affordable price.

Got dip powder at LaFemme today and I was blown away by the great service. Tina did my nails and she was so friendly and welcoming. She took the time to help me pick out the perfect nude color. She had someone waiting towards the end, but she still took her time and did not make me feel rushed at all. I also got my brows waxed and I'm not sure how or why, but my skin did not get red or irritated at all. Normally, I get really red where the wax was, but this wax was super gentle on my skin! I don't know how they do it! I'm never getting my eyebrows waxed anywhere else ever again. All the employees seems very nice and the atmosphere was very clean and relaxing. I got my nails done here a week and a half ago and he didnt even follow the design i wanted and i feel like i was upcharged with stuff i didnt even want! On top of that he wasnt wearing gloves at all while cutting my cuticles and BROKE SKIN my nails were stinging and bleeding! And now i believe he didnt do his job properly and i have to get checked for contact dermatitis!
