I had my first visit today and I’m beyond impressed. The booking process was easy, and I was seated right on time. The salon has such a chic and cozy atmosphere. My technician was very gentle and professional, making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. The final result is stunning—I’ve already received so many compliments! I can’t wait to come back for my next set.
Came to this nail salon after work today and immediately I was welcomed. Lily did an excellent job on doing a soak off and doing a new set for me. I loved the color and the almond shape. I will definitelt be back!
What a fabulous salon. And affordable too! I happened in there this am and was treated to an exceptional nail treatment by Co Co. My nails were in rough shape! She did a fantastic job job cleaning them up, adding tips, and an awesome dip power in “Christmas Red”. I highly recommend this salon, and will book again when I return to NYC… 👏👏👏👏👏
Within the first 3 minutes of my pedicure with Kiki I was cut so deep I bled and was offered a Red Bull (at 6pm) as a consolation. Proceeded to give me the worst French pedicure I’ve seen that I had to coach/correct through multiple times to which she seemed exasperated by. This is supposed to be a $68 pedicure. Save yourself the embarrassment of walking out when they offer you a laughable discount on an open wound and pedicure that looks like a 6 year old did it.
On Friday August 8th at 3:30 pm, I had a good experience at the salon. The salon was nice and clean. I got a regular manicure and pedicure. I left the salon and my nails looked great! I was very careful not to do anything that night because I didnt't want to chip my nails. No cooking, cleaning dishes, etc.. After my shower that night, I got out of the shower and some of my nails were chipped. Soooo disappointing since the next day was my wedding! I was never so disappointed and upset. I wish I would have saved my $50 and went somewhere else.
