Bad service had to redo her nails twice they don't know how to really do nails rush job an very talkative but don't pay attention to they work an wanna charge more then what's it's really worth they need to be shut down tbh

I have been going here since 2006, today one of their NOOBIES started doing my pedicure. I gave her a benefit of doubt because of previous experience. As soon as her appointment arrived she started rushing and argues that she don't want to make my toes bleed, I have an issue with my cuticles and the guy that normally do my feet I told her he don't make them bleed and he takes care of what I'm paying for. She turned around and asked the others can they finish me, very unprofessional and rude. The guy that normally does my feet politely let me know that he would take care of me as always. He was waiting on someone else sitting next to me which I enjoyed talking to her, he was about to do her manicure and told him he can go ahead and finish me first. It was OK, I state that, because I love the atmosphere and the lady in the front is somewhat friendly. She is always accommodating when I come to town. However, it has not been two weeks yet and I need a fill in. I arrived wanting a full set, pedicure, and eyebrow wax. But, my full set took almost two hours (which I have no problem if done correctly,) so I repeatedly said I would come back tomorrow for the others. But, was told tomorrow they would be too busy so I got everything done yet, I feel like my pedicure and eyebrows were rushed and now a week in a half later I need a fill in on my nails.

Didnt give me what i asked for got mad because she dont know how to draw a w and i didnt like what she did there chunky and ugly and making 50 dollars for these ugly nails

Pedicure was started and done before I could even blink. They were very rough when doing the pedicure. When told it was extreme hot water they added very little cold water and it was still very hot. They cut the toe nails side ways. Nail polish looked like a child done it . Then I had a fill in and I left there with my nails not rounded, very thin, my skin peeling around it and my finger tips were burning.
