Lake Norman Day Spa

I bar tended for years and after big events would treat myself to a massage. I feel like all of them were a waste until I found Stephanie! Lake Norman Day Spa was so easy to get to from the interstate. I made the appointment two weeks in advance and felt spoiled as soon as I got there. Everyone working was so nice and warm! My 90 minute deep tissue massage with Stephanie I swear added years onto my life. I signed up for their loyalty program without a second guess and since I can cancel it whenever, I'm not loosing anything AND my massages are lower in price. Who doesn't need some TLC at least once a month?! Best decision I've ever made!

I've been a client of Stephanie's for many years! She is awesome! I've had terrible arthritis pain in my neck & shoulders for a long time. She is able to relieve the constant pain with her deep tissue work! I highly recommend her & Lake Norman Day Spa!

One word = Exceptional!! Including massages and facials!! Each one uniquely wonderful. Besides the best therpaist I’ve had in CO, CA, NY, FL, Hawaii and NC... Stephanie is the best!! She is just an incredible woman! What a treasure just to know her. I have arthritis, so When I get massage certainty and knowledge are so important!! I have found my place!

Stephanie is amazing at body work and getting problem areas straighten out in the neck/shoulder areas. Nice quite calm setting. I'm definitely a life long client
